Update - Our SMS provider is reporting that the cell phone carriers have identified the issue falsely categorizing some of our messages as SPAM, and have resolved the issue. Delivery rates have returned to normal and we've restored all functionality across our features. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are very sorry for the disruption.

Update - Automated referral/incident alerts have been temporarily disabled because we have learned they were contributing to messages being incorrectly marked as spam. Our team is working on a solution.

Update - Text message deliverability has tentatively been restored. Automated alerts are working normally. Messaging Center is available for sending text messages. Our team is working to make changes to prevent this type of outage from happening again.

Monitoring - Text message deliverability has tentatively been restored. We are waiting on further information from our provider. Sending text messages via Messaging Center is still temporarily closed until we receive confirmation the issue has been resolved.

Update - Our SMS provider is continuing to work toward a resolution. At this point, text message deliverability has improved to roughly 50%, but this issue has not been fully resolved.

Identified - We are again seeing elevated rates of text messages being flagged as spam. This is affecting Messaging Center and DeansList automated alerts, but Two-Way Text is NOT affected. Our SMS provider is re-opening the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and we apologize for the disruption.
